We ship out all confirmed orders on the same working day, or next working day. In case there is a delay from our end, you will be notified within 24 hours of your order being confirmed.
Our typical delivery time is within 6 business days. However, for most metro cities your order will be delivered between 2-3 business days, and 2-5 business days for tier 2 and 3 cities. For pin codes not serviced by private courier partners, it may take upto 10 days.

Our sports supplements are not formulated with any substances banned by the NCAA or that appear on the 2018 WADA/U.S. ADA Prohibited List. All our products are free of currently banned substances.
No two people are alike. Results depends on the product and the individual. Some products start working shortly after you use, while others can take a few weeks before you start seeing results. It is best to take a product consistently, as suggested, over a period of time. Although most of our customers are very happy with our products, all supplements may not work for everyone.
Most of our products can be taken out of our two-piece vegan capsules and put into a small amount of food. However, there are a few products which are known to have a bitter taste. In these cases, the bitter taste would be mentioned in the Warnings section of their labels.
